Hey everyone! Just a heads-up as things get chilly out there ~

The cold weather during shipping can make our crunchy bags a little more brittle than usual. So, there's a small chance the bag might arrive with a tear. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this seasonal issue may cause. While it's largely unavoidable due to the natural of the materials in extreme cold, Bubblesea is committed to providing you with solutions to help minimize the chance of burst.

Here are some super easy tips to help:

1. Let It Warm Up! 🏠 → When your order arrives, let it chill (well, warm up!) at room temperature for a few hours before playing. This brings back all the squishy flexibility!
2. We've Got Spares! 🎁 → We're now including EXTRA replacement bags with your order! If a bag does burst, you can easily swap everything into a fresh one.
